Prior to founding OneFinancial I spent 30 years in industry working for a range of companies, large and small, in differing industries. Local Cambridge companies that I am proud to have been a part of within a senior capacity include the world leading product development and innovation consultancy, Cambridge Consultants as well as Inca Digital a high tech manufacturing start up that won two Queens awards for Innovation and Export where I was part of the founding team.
Whilst a substantial part of my role within the orgaisations that I have worked at included the tradional commercial CFO role I have also been extensively involved in R&D tax credits. fund raising. business plans, HR, business startups (fast growing companies) for numerous companies as well as system integrations on a global scale (never again).
